Yes. The entrance is private and set apart from street view. Reception is staffed so you never cross paths with other guests. We never publish photos of our visitors or share their details.
Arrive a few minutes early. We'll show you the space, answer anything you want to ask, and start only when you're ready. There's no script – the pace is yours from the first minute.
Absolutely. Browse the 'Available today' gallery to see who's on. If you'd like a specific masseuse, mention her name when booking and we'll check her schedule.
Cash, card (Visa / Mastercard, contactless – Apple Pay / Google Pay), BLIK, Revolut and cryptocurrency. Payment is taken before the session begins – nothing interrupts you afterwards.
Yes. Paid street parking is available directly outside, and a public parking garage is a three-minute walk away. Let us know if you need directions.
UTOPIA is a premium spa – we work with touch, rhythm and time, never a script on request. The character and limits of every session are set by your masseuse, and mutual respect is the condition for each visit. We do not offer sexual services.
Please let us know at least two hours before your appointment so we can offer the slot to someone else. No penalty for occasional cancellations.
Walk-ins are welcome when we have availability, but weekends and evenings fill up fast. Booking a day ahead is the safest way to get the masseuse and time you want.
No shared areas – one guest, one room, no overlap. Masseuses who trained specifically for this work and chose to be here. And the small things: cedarwood oils, curated playlists, infrared sauna before the session.
Every day between 11:00 and 15:00 every massage in the salon is 50 zł cheaper – all programmes, including 4 Hands and the Couple session. Outcall visits are not included. The start time is what counts: begin before 15:00 and the lower price applies.
