UTOPIA is a private massage salon operating in Warsaw, Poland. For the purposes of EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), we are the data controller of the personal data you share with us through this website and messaging channels.

When you contact us via WhatsApp, Telegram, phone, or email, we receive the identifiers you choose to share – typically a phone number or messenger handle and any details you provide about your preferences and booking. The website itself does not collect personal data automatically.
3. How we use it
We use your information solely to arrange and deliver the session you requested, to confirm appointments, and to respond to questions. We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.
4. Cookies and browser storage
This website uses Mixpanel for anonymous usage analytics to improve the experience. Mixpanel stores data in your browser's localStorage – it does not set advertising cookies and does not collect personal information such as your name or contact details. Your age confirmation preference is also stored locally. No data is shared with advertisers.
5. Your rights
Under GDPR you have the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal data, as well as the right to object to or restrict processing. You may also lodge a complaint with the Polish Data Protection Authority (UODO). To exercise any of these rights, write to us via the channels listed in the footer of this website.
6. Retention
Booking-related messages are retained only as long as necessary to provide the service and satisfy tax or legal record-keeping obligations, after which they are deleted or anonymised.
